Positive EBV probably irrelevant. Need more info re: timing of sexual contact and timing of tests. This is not an appropriate forum to explore these question. Need to see an Infectious Diseasesdoctor

If 4th generation test negative 3 months post exposure, your negative (for HIV). There are other STD’s - eg., syphilis. See an ID doctor
