Usually harmless: leg cramps are a common and usually harmless condition where the muscles in your leg (calf) become tight and painful. Episodes can occur at night. Causes can include Metabolic deficiencies (Calcium/Magnesium/Potassium/Phosphate), overuse, pregnancy, Statin meds, Liver disease. Treat with Stretches before bed, Calcium/Magnesium supplements, or medication change. see your doctor if the pain persists
