Probably no STD: Yeast (Candida) symptoms are quite different than most STDs. If you were tested and negative for the standard STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomonas) and symptoms and exam typical for yeast, the diagnosis probably is correct. Discuss again with your doctor if you remain concerned or uncertain.
