Recurrent yeast: Recurrent or difficult to treat vaginal yeast infections (candida) need professional evaluation to check for underlying causes, especially diabetes. Some infections (about 10%) are resistant to the commonly used treatments, i.e. the "azole" drugs (clotrimazole, miconazole, fluconazole, etc). Check back with your doctor to confirm diagnosis and get advice about testing and treatment. Good luck!
