No: After deciding to start a family, a woman can stop using birth control methods. She can track her periods to see when she is most fertile. Meanwhile, she can take prenatal vitamins, stop any habits such as smoking, and be sure enjoy sex quite often. Should ask Ob-Gyn or Fertility Specialist for help if no pregnancy after 9 months, so testing can begin... before using any "medications."
