I'm 20 (almost 21) and i have pain that seems to radiate from my sternum to the breast bone under my breasts. my breasts feel uncomfortable and my chest and neck seems tight. some times putting my hand on my sternum helps. what could this be?

Costochondritis: Common cause of pain you are describing would be costochondritis. This is a condition that comes about because of inflammation between your rib and your sternum. Viral process will often initiate the problem.
