Chest discomfort: Dull chest discomfort aggravated by arm movement suggests rib cage muscle strain or mild inflammation. Any history of injury? Associated tenderness is often present with rib cage problems. Avoid drinking soda which contributes to gas formation. Forcing yourself to burp only causes you to swallow more air and aggravates gas build-up. See your MD if chest discomfort doesn't resolve.
