When i was 18 i found a lump on my testicle i went to the doctor they did a ultrasound and said it was benign cyst now i'm 30 should i be worry?

No,: unless you have new symptoms. Benign cysts don't turn into cancers, so if there has been no change since you were 18, you are probably ok. A cancer would have not stayed the same for 12 years.
