Always: Life brings on many possibilities. There are always a few cases of cervical cancer that are not related to HPV & they occasionally find new strains that are not part of the vaccine. Men & women often NEVER have symptoms of HPV during active cases of the non wart strains. If you & your partner remain exclusive there is lower risk, but I cannot say it is zero for either issue.
