Both, either or none: Sinus infection is very tricky. It may mimic many conditions including but not limiting to those you mentioned. Advanced std may do the same if left untreated. Number of medical and mental conditions may do the same. See your primary doctor first to sort it out. Do not expect to get all answers at once. Extensive work up is required sometime to get the right answers.
