You are sick: You need a good physician to sit down with and have him/her get a thorough history and physical examination, then a complete directed laboratory exam which will hopefully lead to a good plan for care. The large and easy bruising that you report may be transient or may be worrisome. See someone soon!

Mgt: I would suggest screening for chronic infection, immune disorders, including malignancy. These are potentially serious symptoms, and a follow up appointment with your PCP is indicated. If there are chronic lung infections, please have a chest radiograph. Eat a balanced diet and avoid contact with anyone who is ill.
