Sinusitis: Facial pain/tooth pain can be indications of sinusitis (inflammation of sinuses). Most people find relief when the do saline nasal washes every day or twice a day for a week. The wash clears additional mucus and sooths inflamed nasal/sinus passages allowing the inflammation to decrease. Acetaminophen can also be useful in relieving the pain and inflammation. Psuedoephedrine can relieve pressure.

Sounds like...: Sounds like sinusitis. Your GP or a specialist ENT are your best choices for treatment. If your Physician finds that your sinuses are healthy, see your General Dentist. The root tips of upper molars are only 2 cell layers away from the inside of your maxillary sinuses. infected upper molars can mimic infected sinuses.
