Chlamydia treatment: Probably you were treated correctly with azithromycin (two 500 mg pills, 1 gram total). The vaginal discharge probably is due to chlamydia, not the antibiotic: chlamydia symptoms may start after treatment and may continue for a few more days. Check with your doctor if not back to normal after a week. Make sure partner(s) treated. No sex for at least a week. Good luck!
