Took full dose(4 tablets)of azithromycin yesterday for chlamydia.in addition to burning sensation when urinating or even when not,i also have discomfort in my testicles (not extremely painful but just annoying).will the antibiotics help this as well?

Antibiotics help: It will take a few days for the antibiotics to fully penetrate the infected areas and clear up the infection, so be patient as long as you are not running fever or symptoms are getting worse. It is also VERY IMPORTANT that you were checked for other STDs in addition to the Chlamydia. If you have any other infection, for instance gonnorhea, Azithromycin may not be enough to clear the infection.
