Have a small lump/ball on the top of my left testicle. it's attached to the outside of the testicle inside my sack. it is painful when touched.

Possible infection: This needs to be examined by a physician. It may be an infection, such as epididymitis, or a varicocele (blood sac). Less common would be a tumor. You have provided only limited information; please see your primary care provider for an evaluation. The best diagnostic test is an ultrasound.
