Need eval: Without examining your scrotum and testicles (ball sack and balls), it is impossible to tell you what you may have. Testicular lumps or abnormal lumps in the scrotum need to be evaluated as you want to make sure they are not something serious. Get eval of the area, which may or may not include a testicular/scrotal ultrasound. Best wishes.
