I had surgery when i was younger on testicles area. i feel a bony lump where the scar is on my ball bag. i believe it has been there since surgery but i only just really noticed?

Scrotal lump: Make sure lump is actually in scrotal sac & not attached to testicle itself. Lump in scrotal scar most likely benign post-operative sebaceous cyst. Needs to be checked out ASAP lump is attached to testicle in case it is malignant (cancer), which fortunately, by your description, is highly unlikely.
