May be normal: The bumps you are noticing are probably just normal hair follicles, but they could also be folliculitis, molluscum contagiosum. If it is superficial folliculitis it disappears in few days , Deep folliculitis needs treatment. Molluscum can spread to other people because of that you need to be treated if it is the diagnosis. So, see your doctor for a diagnosis and treatment.
