Good idea: Prometrium (micronized progesterone) helps to support the luteal phase adding progesterone. It seems that it helped with the last pregnancy therefore i believe it's a good idea for the next pregnancy.

Depends: You may check your Progesterone level after confirm your pregnancy. If the level is in the normal range, Progesterone supplement may not be necessary even if you had history of miscarriage.
