A member asked:

I have been on letrozol. after progesterone was tested the results showed 35.10 ng/ml. my dr just said i def ovulated. what could this level indicate? could this be high due to pregnancy? currently cd 26. thank you!!

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Letrozole ?'s: Letrozole treatment will induce ovulation, which can produce progesterone in higher than normal amounts. If no menstruation occurs in another 10 days , get a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.
