It's been past 3 weeks now whenever i'm urinating i have this severe pain in my penis and discharge most times from little drops of the urine on my boxers, and brownish in colour, i don't feel any pain in my body except when urinating, help please?

I think urethritis, which is inflammation/infection of the urethrs,is the problem. It can be a STD. Have you had any risky sexual behavior recently? I recommend being seen at a men's sexual health clinic or by a urologist for evaluation,appropriate testing,advice& treatment. Volunteer any pertinent history.

You need to be examined and tested, Pl see a doc/urologist rightaway. In the meantime drink a pot of water, Good luck
