No: Cannabis usage does not cause hemorrhoids or constipation. Sounds more like an anal fissure than hemorrhoids. Use Miralax and DSS for softer stools and if it doesn't heal consult a proctologist

Hello Dr. I bleed when I stool so I had A Colonograghy which showed Faecolith causing A Divertuculum.I then Had A Colonoscopy which showed only Haemorrhoids Grade 3 bleeding.The Colonoscopy did not see Divertuculum.Does Divertuculum bleed too?
Diverticula can also bleed google images and you can see tiny arteries coming up over edge of divertic.
