I am taking citalopram for anxiety and depression.i find it exextremely difficult to ejaculate. what is the cause and how can i remedy this?

Taper and stop med: It may be a side effect of the antidepressant. If it is, the only effective treatment is to taper and stop this med. There are always other medications one can use in its place. Discuss this issue with the doctor who prescribed it.
