Possibilities: There are several non-cancerous possibilities such as Fibrocystic change, a fibroadenoma, a hamartoma. Breast cancer is also a possibility. Its best to have a doctor examine lumps like this since around 1 in 8 women get breast cancer. Best wishes!

At your age, cancer: Is uncommon, although possible. It could be a cyst or a benign tumor. Every breast lump could be cancer, so show it to a doctor to be sure.
