Cyst: A lump that feels like a soft grape sounds like it could be a cyst. While most of these are benign, i would definitely recommend you getting an exam by your doctor to rule out a mass. Every breast mass, every time, needs to be checked by a doctor. You're young, 36, so likelihood is low that it's cancer, but until proven otherwise, get it checked out. Fingers crossed it's benign!

Galactocele: This could be a milk cyst, but you should see your doctor for any growing lump in breast and a breast ultrasound should be able to tell. Many breast surgeons have an ultrasound in their office so check with your gyn doctor and see a doctor if needed.
