Yes, during labor: Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted infection that should be routinely screened for at the first prenatal visit. Screening is offered again at the beginning of the third trimester. It can be safely treated during pregnancy and should be as the infection can be transmitted to the baby during labor and can cause eye infections as well as pneumonia.

Passes at delivery: Untreated chlamydia does not appear to cause birth defects or major infection like syphillis. However, it can pass to the baby during delivery and set up various problems. The baby may develop a significant infection of the surface and outer structures of the eye (which can be treated). It may lie dormant for a few weeks and show up as a pneumonia in baby at 4-6 wks requiring hospital care.

Yes, but...: It would be tough to find. Even ones that are for eyes would be unlikely to have that level of nutrients. Some better vitamins that are 6 to 8 capsules per daily dose may contain enough.
