Age 26, diagnose with pcos since 5 years. no natural periods, since been taking primolut n. thyroid normal.enlarged ovaries, vitex help? dosage?

PCOS: PCOS can't be diagnosed at 5. You could have a risk for it at that age because of family history, obesity or adrenal dysfunction. I strongly suggest reviewing all your medical history, labs, X-rays and treatments with a specialist in endocrinology.
