A member asked:

Is there an over the counter cream i could use on the inside of my labia majora to help get rid of a sebaceous cyst?

No: Topical treatment of sebaceous cyst (it is likely to be a Bartholin cyst) is not available. If it is troublesome, it would need to be removed surgically. Do not try to pop it. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.

No: If you want it off, it's surgery. Very simple stuff.
