A 20-year-old female asked:

I have a sebaceous cyst on mons pubis near labia mayora. yellow bloody draining is occurring on its own. should i let it drain on its own? what to do?

Cyst: Yes. Continue to let it drain on it's own. It is best to place warm compresses on the area for 20 minutes at a time, at least 3-4 times per day, which will encourage the drainage. If it spreads, worsens, gets red or hot, or if you get a fever, you should see a doctor, as then you may need help to get it to drain. Best wishes.
