I have developed a bartholins cyst, i have been ill with the flu.chest infection and i was wondering if they are linked due to low immunity ?

No immune problem: It's probably just a coincidence, and low immunity would not predispose to a Bartholin gland cyst or infection. The main thing is to be tested for STDs, especially gonorrhea and chlamydia -- common causes of Bartholin infections.
