Anxiety: I understand your concern. I commend you for not smoking. Thank you for informing use of Nurofen (Ibuprofen) and Oxycodone. Lack of response for your symptoms by these medications, lack of chest infection and smoking history indicates Anxiety due to stress. Burning sensation may be due to Nurofen.
