Not STD or PID: Not sure what you mean by "both side of hips". If you mean in the low abdomen near hips, recheck with your doctor/clinic about PID. Hip joint pain is definitely not PID. There is a rare problem called reactive arthritis, which can be triggered by chlamydia in genetically susceptible persons. However, RA rarely involves the hips and symptoms usually start a few weeks later. See MD if it continues.
