Recently i just go do hiv/std blood test after 3 week exposure and negative on hiv positive chlamydia! what is that/can be cure? drawing me crazy....

Chlmydia: This is readily treated with antibiotics but if left untreated can cause irreversible damage.

You should not be re-retested. Only do you have symptoms or lesions which you do not have an answer then you should see your doctor.
