The chlamydia blood tests are pretty much useless. Your positive results only mean you probably had chlamydia sometime in the past. Assuming your negative swab and urine tests were nucleic acid amplification tests (NAATs), the negative results prove you do not have it now. FYI, one of the world's top centers for research in chlamydia diagnosis, including NAAT, is at University of Vienna.
