How about my testis not balance??

Here are some...: What do you mean "tests not balance"? Do you refer to the size of both testes or both half of the sac or the level of sac, etc? Since the concern in this Q is unclear, it's hard to offer answer to the point. But known to all with common sense, no two person are born equal in the size, shape, etc. of the organs although sharing the same anatomical terminology for certain organs.
