Certainly: Provided his sperm count is ok, i.E >20 million/ejaculation. Most men with a single testis are fertile. Assisted conception can help in unlikely event of low sperm count.

Of course, he will..: Most of men with one testis will fertilize a timely waiting egg in a healthy woman. So, don't worry about one testis and enjoy living. If infertility becomes a concern for you, go to see doc caring for it. Of note, some men with 2 testes, no prior surgery/injury to testes, etc. Are still unable to fertilize a timely waiting egg inside a healthy woman.
