1 testes crushed!: Ouch!! Have that one removed surgically and replaced by a prosthetic one. If the other one was not damaged in the accident then you are still fertile and can still produce sperm and have your own children in time. Also, get a hard cup jock strap if you play sports to protect your genetic endowment!

I assume you got: ...medical care for the original injury and it's healing well. That said, I assume you'd like to know the long term outlook. Most men who have a single testicle, whether due to an undescended testis, injury, infection, or loss of blood supply (torsion), will continue to produce adequate testosterone and sperm so both virility and fertility will be normal.
