It shouldn't: Hurt when touched. Of course, that depends upon how much pressure is exerted during the touching. Pain with light touch is abnormal, and should be evaluated.

Mild discomfort.: When the testes is squeezed it generally causes a mild discomfort. If you kick it it causes local testicular and abdominal pain.
