At your age testicular torsion is a distinct possibility. Go to the er for immediate evaluation to rule this out as missed torsion can result in loss of the testicle.

Do these and...: Record the features of onset, intensity, duration, interval of testicular pain, and bring them to see doc for analysis, physicals, possible tests so to deduce DX for proposing rx. If the features are highly variable, one has to consider possible intermittent testicular torsion although this condition has not been commonly detailed in textbook. Its DX largely relies on doc's alertness and judgment.
