Get checked!: We cannot tell what those bumps are from your description. Do not put anything on them until you have been examined. This may be hemorrhoids but there are other possibilities, inc. warts but only an in-person exam can sort them out. Your doc can do this, as well as order any further tests that may be required and then tell you your best treatment options.
