Varies : There are a number of potential causes. Among the more common are: related to the use of a tourniquet around the time of surgery, related to the peroneal nerve at the fibular head, or even a sciatica from the back among numerous other pisdibilities. I would make sure your surgeon is aware and follow their recommendations.
