Random swelling in feet after left knee arthroscopic surgery. swells at bottom of feet. 3 times in my left foot and 1 time in my right. dont know why?

Swelling: One concern would be blood clot, but sounds like the swelling goes away and you are having symptoms on both feet. Surgery is an attack on the body and the healing response can induce inflammatory chemicals that can cause blood vessels to dilate and cause swelling. I would anticipate this to settle down as your knee heals.
