Get it checked!!!: You should get this checked out. It could be just expected swelling, but it could be a blood clot in your leg. Get this checked out right away!

Could be DVT. : It is possible to have minor trauma to the calf muscles caused by other external factors during the 'arthroscopy' procedure. It is also possible to have discoloration of the calf muscles caused by gravitational migration of some blood from the inside of the knee joint . Dvt (deep vein thrombosis) should be ruled out before you consider other causes. Must get 'venous doppler ' asap.

Blood clot?: I would be concerned about a blood clot. You should get checked with a venous doppler study asap.
