That suggests it: Was a more severe urinary tract infection. Hopefully you've been started on treatment and ate feeling better. If you're not then you may need to be further evaluated for some of the complications that we see with urinary tract infections and may even require intravenous antibiotics.

Possible UTI: Make sure they culture your urine. Some urinary tract infections may be without symptoms. You may need to be treated.

See a doctor: If you have sterile pyuria (WBC in urine without infection) you need to be evaluated and TB needs to be ruled out.
