Possible UTI: Make sure they culture your urine. Some urinary tract infections may be without symptoms. You may need to be treated.

2 things going on: Possibilities are you could have bladder infection vs interstial cystitis(inflammation) and flu like illness with fatigue and head aches at sam time.
