Probably not: If you had genital chlamydia, you wouldn't spread it from just oral contact with another person. You should get treated for the infection, though.

Exactly right. However, these STDs commonly clear up on their own, and the tests miss some cases. Even if your partner(s) test negative, they still need treatment.
