Chlamydia : Chlamydia is contacted via sexual contact. However, an infection can go undetected for long periods of time (in both men and women), even years, so it is possible that it was dormant for a prolonged period.

Chlamydia: Chlamydia can be transmitted through oral, anal or vaginal sex. So if a woman has a Chlamydia infection of her throat & performs fellatio – then infection is possible. Either of you may have had a "silent" infection
