Very unlikely: When you were pregnant STD evaluations are very rigorous to protect you, the fetus and healthcare personnel. Therefore, the Chlamydia testing was most likely accurate. You can always have it repeated if you still have doubts.

Possible : There are different ways to test for chlamydia, including culture and DNA testing of urine or vaginal swabs, but none are 100% reliable. Depending on specimen, transport to lab, etc, there could be a false negative test up to 20% or more. On the other hand, A positive test is reliable. If you suspect a problem, ask for repeat testing.
