The body and the mind are clearly linked to one another. Thus, state of mind can cause physical (somatic) issues that are not diagnosed solely by physical testing. Stressing the mind with issues causes a release of certain chemicals and hormones that can manifest the body in different ways. Take the suggestion by your GYN MD and make a mental health professional evaluation appointment.

In seeking a diagnosis on this part of HealthTap, you're trying to use it for a purpose for which it is not intended. Even if it were, you've provided no useful information even for a wild guess. Your doctor is doing the ethical and proper thing: after not finding anything medically wrong, sending you to someone who may be able actually to address your problem. It's the next right step. Take it.

One other vaginal issues that is often overlooked is overgrowth of mycoplasma/ ureoplasma so be tested for that as well as strep which can colonize the vaginal area. Should also test for thyroid. You mention a number of conditions which were tested for but not symptoms so it is hard to give a focused answer. If you would describe your symptoms that may help.
