I have been on depo for a year now. i recently missed my shot this week and i also had unprotected sex and he nuttin in me. could i be pregnant?

Yes: Birth control doesn't work well if you take it late. In general, within 2 weeks of missing your dose you may ovualate. check a pregnancy test and how about using a condom and some spermicide like VCF until you can get in to see someone about resuming birth control.
